GOAL
- Understand the role leadership plays in successful DEI initiatives.
DESCRIPTION
- Leadership matters. What we say, what we don’t say, what we do, what we don’t do, sends a message. This course examines individual and collective leadership and the art of building belonging.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- At the end of this course, learners will understand their role as a leader in building belonging;
- Learners will understand the importance of various communication channels in their organization;
- Learners will identify one step towards building a more inclusive environment in their organization and establish a plan for the next steps.
