Each session includes a complimentary 30-minute pre-course consultation to tailor the learning to your organization’s goals and culture.

Participants will complete an anonymous course evaluation following the session.

GOAL

• To identify what a truly inclusive organizational culture would look/feel like and how to establish metrics to achieve that goal.

DESCRIPTION

• This course reviews DEI metrics and the associated implications of DEI data management.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• At the end of this course, learners will have greater clarity regarding the DEI data they need in order to build sustainable and measurable DEI initiatives; 
• Learners will consider the tools needed to collect DEI information;
• Learners will consider the regulatory constraints impacting DEI data collection.
