Half-Day Course (3.5 Hours In Length)

Each session includes a complimentary 30-minute pre-course consultation to tailor the learning to your organization’s goals and culture.

Participants will complete an anonymous course evaluation following the session.   

Pre-coursework may be assigned.

GOAL

• Empower ourselves and each other to lead with empathy and compassion.

DESCRIPTION

• Grounded in storytelling, this course is a journey in self-reflection where learners will establish language, techniques and strategies to engage proactively in most environments. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• At the end of this course, learners will have designed a personal action plan for a “radical reorientation of our consciousness”;
• Learners will understand the difference between non-racist and anti-racist responses;
• Learners will gain skills and build confidence in effective allyship and activism.
